Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure agreed stock levels are maintained at customer and depot locations.
- Manage deliveries to customers and filling plants in line with customer agreements.
- Track and report daily volumes uplifted from refineries/terminals via the Refinery KPI report.
- Gather and analyse planned vs. actual trip data daily, highlighting variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Consolidate and analyse transporter Order to Cash (OTC) reports twice weekly.
- Draft and present weekly performance and project progress reports to the Bulk Transport Manager.
- Investigate delivery challenges such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, and quantity discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- This position requires you to work remotely on weekends on a rotation basis and after hours during the week when required.
