Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services by raising purchase orders, comparing quotations, and following up with vendors.
- Support in maintaining supplier databases and tracking performance.
- Help coordinate inbound and outbound logistics including shipping documentation and scheduling.
- Monitor and update inventory records and stock levels in ERP or inventory systems.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to understand demand forecasts and supply planning.
