About the role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager – Execution and Process Optimisation, you'll oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative functions of the team. This is a hands-on leadership position covering everything from vessel planning and inventory management to invoicing, compliance reporting, and client communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily financial and administrative processes, including invoicing, cost reconciliation, and cash forecasting
