- customer contact incl. delivery coordination
- check of EDI (for suppliers) with the target to secure the production demand
- daily check of inventory for raw material and finished goods
- monitoring of deliveries (inbound and outbound)
- regular update of data e.g. delivery call-offs, as a basis for production planning and customer deliveries
