Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall commercial development strategies and offline plus online (O+O) business operations of the LOOK At Me store, aiming to accelerate growth while ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated. This position aligns and works closely with commercial and support functions to build a feasible growth strategy competitive within the market and executable for both it’s offline plus online stores.
This role focuses on:
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies that drives revenue and ultimately business growth of the LOOK At Me store
- Conducting retail market research to create business plans on commercial opportunities (i.e., expansion, business development, etc..) and analyzing new opportunities for growth while conducting risk assessments and due diligence specially when acquiring these new accounts.
