Job Description
-Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure (roads, bridges, drainage, etc.).-Review project drawings, specifications, and ensure technical accuracy.-Supervise site execution, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.-Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients.Conduct site inspections and quality checks at various stages of work.-Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and progress reports.-Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.-Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and legal regulations.-Resolve design and development issues during project execution.-Prepare and maintain documentation for project handover.
