This is full-time role for a Customer Relationship Management Professional located in Coimbatore for organic food retail. The professional will be responsible for managing customer interactions and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage with leads via WhatsApp and calls (Tamil + English)
– Keep our CRM updated with accurate info
– Coordinate smoothly with the delivery team
– Maintain and share weekly lead reports
– Use data to improve how we serve and sell

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You type and speak Tamil and English fluently.
- You love talking to people.
- You enjoy using Excel / Google Sheets.
