Looking for long-term child care for two children

We’re seeking a reliable, loving caregiver for our two kids aged 4 and 7 for a long-term arrangement. The position includes regular weekday afternoons, occasional evenings, and some weekend coverage as needed. Primary duties: light homework help, snack preparation, engaging play, and school pickup when required. Must be comfortable with minor household tasks related to the kids (setting up activities, tidying play areas). We value punctuality, good communication, and a calm, patient demeanor. Experience with toddlers and elementary-aged children, references, and relevant certifications (e.g., Garda Vetting, First Aid) are preferred. We’re in a leafy suburb and parking is available; we’d like someone with flexibility for occasional extended hours during school holidays. Vaccinations up to date and a positive, energetic attitude are a big plus.
