YSL & Prada Beauty Education Executive 

Field UKI 

I am the Omni Retail Education Executive for YSL/Prada Beauty. I am the face of the brand to our Retail team and the custodian of the Brand DNA and Brand Education Strategy. I champion the brand's values to inspire and drive our teams to deliver a world-class consumer experience. I champion product, services and experiences, set a high standard, and foster a culture of coaching where each of our team feels developed & nurtured. I deliver training and engagement programs in collaboration with the Omni Retail Education Manager & Multi Brand training team for both brand, luxe and retailer BA communities.

Key Responsibilities:

BRAND EDUCATION 

  • Deliver the Omni Education trainings for the portfolio of brands, ensuring to meet the needs of our teams, and engage all BA models & Channels of distribution (Luxe BAs, Mono Brand & Retailer BAs).
  • Create modules & content for One Retail & Trainings (Brand & ...
