Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist superior in managing inbound, processing, storage and outbound stocks in the warehouse.
- Deliver stocks to recipients as assigned by superior.
- Check stocks received and delivered to ensure they match the items recorded in the Goods Dispatch Form (GDF).
- Ensure stocks/parcel receive and transfer from outlet matches information on the GDF.
- Report to superior and reject any delivery if GDF information does not match, is unclear, or incomplete.
- Ensure current processes and documentation meet the Warehouse Operating Procedures and company regulations and policies.
- Ensure and maintain the company’s vehicle in working condition and report any faults to superior.
- Perform general warehouse daily tasks: picking, packing, inventory checking, and stock loading.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the team leader.
