Loss Prevention Specialist: Investigations & Training

TK Maxx in Cambridge is looking for a Loss Prevention Advisor to help keep our customers, associates, and assets safe. You will collaborate with the store team to protect products and manage theft situations effectively.

The ideal candidate has experience in retail security but it's not essential, as we provide comprehensive training. Your role will also include educating staff on Loss Prevention best practices and ensuring safety through conflict resolution.
