Lounge Assistant – Casual Position
We're looking for a warm and professional lounge assistant to join our team at the Strata Lounge in Auckland International Airport. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, maintaining a pristine lounge environment, and ensuring every guest feels relaxed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food, including portioning, plating, and assisting with salad and vegetable prep.
- Deliver professional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain clean and tidy dining and kitchen areas, including public spaces and stock rotation.
- Wash dishes and handle waste, linen, and cleaning duties to ensure hygiene standards.
