Job Description
Working Hours - 5am to 2:30pm.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct a morning inspection of the Executive Lounge breakfast service to ensure all LQA and brand standards are met.
- Ensure all food items are properly presented, replenished, and displayed according to brand standards.
- Check that all food labels are accurate, clean, and in place. Prepare and replace food tags whenever required.
- Verify that all tables are clean, fully set up, and arranged according to the required standards before service begins.
- Ensure all buffet equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and serving utensils are clean, polished, and properly positioned.
- Monitor the breakfast area throughout service to maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation in accordance with LQA and brand standards.
- Liaise with the Kitchen team to ensure food is replenished promptly and any quality or presentation issues are addressed immediately. <...
