Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement to support email campaigns and lead management workflows.
- Design, build, and deploy email journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including creating and maintaining reusable email templates and modular components with HTML and CSS proficiency, working with copywriters/campaign owners, conducting test sends, and managing email deployment workflows within the marketing automation platform.
- Create responsive landing pages for marketing campaigns and events using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop automated workflows and form handlers for lead capture and segmentation management, ensuring seamless integration with the EDB website and other platforms.
