Position Overview We are seeking a proactive Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure the long-term performance of our technology installations. This role requires a high-energy leader to manage maintenance requests, coordinate service technicians, and maintain excellent relationships with property managers in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities Service Operations: Manage maintenance contracts and daily service calls for luxury high-rise clients.
