What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Define and maintain the solution architecture for our Loyalty platform, enabling personalised rewards, campaign execution, and cross-channel customer engagement.
- Ensure that solutions meet both business and non‑functional requirements, align with enterprise architecture principles, and enable secure, scalable, and sustainable delivery of loyalty capabilities across all markets and channels.
- Design end‑to‑end solution architectures for digital features and capabilities.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align to enterprise standards, integration principles, and security practices.
- Support the Product Owner in shaping the roadmap, identifying technical enablers, and sequencing architectural change.
