LPN - Continuous Care - Days

Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts with alternating weekends - days to be determined. 8am - 8:30pm
Coverage area to include Manatee, Charlotte, De Soto, and Sarasota County.
Under physician's orders and RN supervision, the Continuous Care (CC) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the observation of patient/family needs and providing supportive care and emotional support to the patient/family unit in times of crisis in order to maximize patient comfort and enhance quality of life.
