Richmond Memorial Hospital Extended Care Unit Position
Richmond Memorial Hospital (RMH) Extended Care Unit provides high quality care for adult (18 years old and older) who require complex discharge planning and/or long length of stay needs. Staff will care for a variety of patients and are involved in health supervision, patient/family education, and promotion of continuity of care for a culturally and socioeconomically diverse patient population. Department will manage and care for patients classified as Outpatient in a Bed (OPIB) requiring continued hospital stay until a safe transition discharge plan is arranged.
Responsibilities
Position is responsible for providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team.
