Position: LPN | RN
Facility: Willows Center
Location: Parkersburg, WV 26101
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to supervising medical staff
  • Perform wound care, catheter maintenance, and other clinical procedures
  • Document patient information accurately using the facility's EMR system
  • Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and resident concerns
