Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Must assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients needs and care. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details:
Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
Licensure: Current LPN license in the state of practice. Must be a licensed driver.
Experience: +1 year preferred
Certification/Registration: Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
Other skills & knowledge: Complies with accepted professional standards and principles. Understands hospice philosophy; issues related to death/dying and grief. Complies with Unity Health Hospice health status requirements. H...
