Join our dynamic 5 North MedSurg team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 13-week contract. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the medical staff.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Assist in daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Engage in patient education and provide support for recovery.
- Collaborate effectively with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current LVN license.
