We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team at Noel Manor Retirement Living to help ensure the health, safety, and dignity of our residents.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Healthcare Team with assessments for new and current residents, communicating with physicians and pharmacies on resident concerns and changes, ensuring resident cares and documentation are completed with dignity and compliance, and work closely with our Director of Nursing to Make it Matter for our residents and team members.
