Starting Wage for LPN: $29.15 - $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification!) Plus $4-5 per hour Shift Premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts! PLUS $10,000 Sign On Bonus with EPXEDITED PAYOUT at 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months! $3.40 per hour hero - hazard pay Yearly Wage Increase
