GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Works closely with the RN in all aspects of registrant care to insure continuity of registrant care.
Responsible for the delivery of care as directed by the RN.
Administers medications and charting of it in the appropriate places.
Performs treatments, etc. and charting of it in the appropriate places.
Supervises and instructs CNAs in the performance of their duties.
FUNCTIONS :
+ Must be available to periodically work more than eight (8) hours per day, or more than forty (40) hours per week.
+ Administer medications and treatments in accordance with written Physician’s orders and established policy and procedures and record it in appropriate places.
+ Check medication/treatment supplies and reorder as necessary
