Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in a home health setting. In this role, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home environment, delivering personalized care, monitoring health status, and supporting the patient's medical and developmental needs. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
The hours for this position is Mon-Fri 6a-6p.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in the home setting.
- Monitor and document vital signs, respiratory status, and overall patient condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and tube feedings as ordered by the physician.
