Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, operate, and monitor inspection equipment on the production line to ensure stable performance and operational efficiency.
- Set up, program, and continuously improve inspection machine programs to meet production and quality requirements.
- Analyze production defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
- Optimize machine programs and operational processes to increase productivity, reduce defect rates, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through training and performance improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in SMT-related positions.
