Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 7)
Walk‑In Service: – Out of Hours Urgent Care (GMED) – Aberdeen Health Village
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic and responsive urgent care service, part of a national pilot programme funded by the Scottish Government. This role requires confidence working autonomously in a fast‑paced urgent care environment and a strong commitment to service development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and onward referral for patients across all age groups presenting with undifferentiated illness, minor and major injury, and urgent medical conditions.
- Deliver high‑quality, safe and person‑centred care while working closely with GP colleagues, the Clinical Lead, Service Manager and the multidisciplinary team.
