What the role is
Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Compensation, Performance Management and Recognition) – LTA HR.
What you will be working on- Support and participate in the review, formulation and implementation of compensation, performance management and recognition framework and processes.
- Sourcing and analysing market data and launching organisation‑wide exercises on ranking, promotion and staff awards.
- Conducting job analyses using rigorous job evaluation methodologies.
- Managing detailed work while grasping business needs and interlinkages.
- Communicating clearly with peers, management teams and employees.
- Knowledge in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics or Business.
- Experience or additional diploma in IT/Tech is an advantage.
- Strong numerical aptitude and keen eye for detail.
