What the role is:
ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (WORKFORCE PLANNING) - 1 YEAR CONTRACT
What you will be working on:The Human Resource (HR) Group supports LTA’s purpose of delivering a people-centric land transport system and delivers future-ready solutions based on organizational needs. We are looking for a suitable candidate to support HR planning and digitalization activities. The key responsibilities include the following:
Digitalization- Support existing HR digital transformation efforts with a view of automating processes, e.g. by identifying processes that could be re-designed and exploring new technologies to enhance operations; including the implementation of RPA, paperless and chatbot solutions; and
- Identify opportunities and applies knowledge of relevant technologies to improve HR efficiency. This requires the individual to keep abreast of current and future HR technological trends and development.
