Job Description
Leprino Lubbock is seeking a Line 2 Block RMC Trainee.
This position pays $21 per hour during training, then once certified will make $23 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay
JOB DESCRIPTION
+ Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations, and work in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures according to applicable company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Properly clean and sanitize all equipment following good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
+ Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision.
+ MES navigation and computer data entry.
+ Monitor RMC operating parameters.
+ Monitor cheese texture and temperature and adjust as needed.
+ Monitor cheese blocks for proper weights and adjust as needed.
+ Pull required samples and take to lab.
+ Complete Brine salinity test.
+ Complete brine chlorin...
