- Expertise in analysis of used oil and under-piston drain oil, encompassing sample collection and assessment.
- Capacity to assess and comprehend oil analysis reports to deliver practical insights.
- Practical experience in inspecting cylinders and pistons to evaluate wear and lubrication effectiveness.
- Knowledge of purifiers and various OEM equipment, along with the ability to suggest appropriate lubricants according to OEM standards.
- Familiarity with onboard testing kits for immediate monitoring and upkeep.
- Comprehension of sensors, data evaluation, and their importance in preventive maintenance.
- Fast learner skilled at identifying and addressing lubrication-related problems efficiently.
- At least a 4th Engineer rank or above in marine engineering.
