To design, implement, and continuously improve business and technical processes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in aligning operational workflows with organizational goals, regulatory mandates, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse current workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
Develop scalable, repeatable processes using the CMMI (Level 3 and above), ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes and enhance usage of in-house as well as third party project management tools
Define KPIs and build dashboards to track process health and outcomes
Present insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making
