- Greet clients with professionalism, delivering a refined luxury experience
- Provide expert advice on collections using in-depth product knowledge and brand storytelling
- Maximize sales through client engagement, upselling, and personalized service
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-ups
- Assist in daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment
- Ensure boutique presentation meets brand standards at all times
