A luxury jewelry retailer in Zurich is seeking a dedicated team member to provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate superior product knowledge. As part of a dynamic team, you will create an inviting shopping experience while building strong client relationships. Candidates should have a strong background in luxury retail, passion for diamonds, and be fluent in German and English. A bachelor's degree or Graduate Gemologist certification is a plus. This is a full-time position with flexible retail hours.
