Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional business plans that drive sales growth and strengthen the brand’s position in the luxury market.Lead the development of store managers and key regional team members through effective training and capability building.Monitor regional operating costs closely, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and strong commercial discipline.Act as the main connector between the regional retail network and central teams such as Marketing and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.Key Requirements:
