About the Role
A high-end luxury travel advisory business is looking for a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented Travel Virtual Assistant / Social Media Coordinator to support travel planning, itinerary management, supplier communication, and social media coordination.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury service who understands detailed itineraries, time-sensitive client needs, and high-touch communication. The position will start at approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to scale hours up during peak travel seasons such as summer and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage detailed luxury travel itineraries using Axus, ensuring all traveler details, bookings, confirmations, and special requests are accurate.
