LVN / LPN/Outpatient Clinic

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience: 2 years of LVN exp in an outpatient clinic setting, urology or nephrology preferred
-CA LVN
-Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV and Blood withdrawal
-**FLU VACCINE (no exemptions)**
-Special Requirements: EPIC, Proficiency with blood draws
