M& E /Air-Con Technician Cum Driver

Job Summary The M&E Technician Cum Driver is responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, including air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, while also providing driving support for transporting personnel, equipment, and materials. Key Responsibilities . M&E / Air-Conditioning Duties . Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. . Install, service, and repair air-conditioning units (split units, FCUs, AHUs, VRV/VRF systems). . Troubleshoot faults in compressors, thermostats, refrigerant systems, motors, and electrical panels. . Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system performance checks. . Conduct routine inspections to ensure efficient operation of all M&E systems. . Maintain proper records of servicing, repairs, and inspections. .
