Responsibilities
- Lead and manage M&E work scheduling, from shop drawing preparation, material approvals, and mock-ups to on-site execution and final handover.
- Coordinate closely with M&E services and other trades to ensure smooth site operations.
- Assist in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing the construction management plan.
- Supervise and inspect M&E works carried out by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including clients, subcontractors, and external parties.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, and M&E works.
