Job Overview:
- Act as the primary liaison among various trades to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Plan and manage the development of mechanical and electrical engineering projects
- Prepare engineering designs from conceptual, schematic, to detailed stages based on project requirements
- Design and oversee the implementation of mechanical and electrical systems
- Conduct project assessments and propose practical and innovative engineering solutions
- Participate in the tendering process, including cost estimation and budget preparation
- Support procurement and ensure cost-effectiveness of project execution
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
