Job Description
BGTS is presenting a new opportunity for an M365 Engineer to work on a client project for an international automotive company based in Germany. This is a remote role, where you would be engaged through BGTS and work in an international enterprise environment while contributing to large-scale infrastructure and cloud operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Microsoft 365 services are secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert across the M365 platform (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Power Platform, Intune)
- Plan and implement initiatives and improvements across the M365 landscape
- Manage user provisioning, groups, and licensing
- Troubleshoot issues across M365 applications and services
- Monitor service health, tenant alerts, and Message Center updates
