Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Administer and support Exchange Online environment including mail flow, transport rules, and hygiene Manage shared mailboxes, distribution groups, resource mailboxes, and room mailboxes Configure and maintain retention policies, litigation hold, and compliance features Administer email journaling for archiving and legal compliance requirements Troubleshoot mail flow issues, delivery failures, and transport delays Manage SMTP relay and connector configurations Support hybrid Exchange configurations with on-premises infrastructure Implement and maintain email security policies (anti-phishing, anti-malware, safe links/attachments) Coordinate with security team on email threat investigations Generate executive reports on email usage and security posture Manage mailbox migrations from on-premises to Exchange Online Main...
