<h3>Job Description</h3><br /><p>This role leads end-to-end Microsoft 365 modernization for a mission-critical federal program, spanning the full lifecycle from initial technical discovery through migration execution, governance implementation, and sustainable operations. The Lead performs and owns the discovery and planning baseline, then drives migration and configuration work through to completion — accountable for technical and governance outcomes at every stage, in collaboration with the Program/Project Manager.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on M365 and SharePoint technical expertise with the discipline, communication skills, and security maturity required to operate in a classified, multi-fabric environment.
