M&A Analyst Intern

BDA provides an excellent opportunity to work with high profile clients in cross-border deals involving Asia across selected sectors focusing on sellside, buyside and capital raising.

The prospective candidate will provide project management and execution support on complex transactions and prepare presentation materials to communicate key messages to clients and counterparties. Specific duties will include assistance in the preparation of financial models, valuation analysis, marketing documentation and research.

Internship Period* 2H 2026, June/July - December 2026

Successful candidates will support deal teams with a wide variety of tasks around our M&A advisory mandates. In particular, an Analyst Intern’s work will typically cover the following:
