Your work will include:
- Public and private M&A transactions, including takeovers
- Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
- Consortiums and strategic fund investments, including in the clean energy sector
- Complex FIRB approvals and foreign investment matters
- IPOs, rights issues, and placements
- Corporate governance and regulatory advisory (Corporations Act, ASX Rules, Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act)
