Role Overview
We are seeking an M&A / Due Diligence Associate to support transaction advisory and financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
This role offers excellent exposure to deal execution, financial analysis, and client-facing advisory work within a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions
- Analyze financial statements, profitability, and operational performance
