What is the role?
This is an opportunity with a market leading international Transactional Risk insurance company for an experienced M&A Lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.
What will you be doing?
- Advise on, structure, and place Warranty and Indemnity and other transactional risk insurance solutions.
- Support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from structuring to negotiations and final placement.
