Job Description
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
To ensure good quality parts are packed in accordance with customer’s requirements and to work in a safe and efficient manner.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Operate a series of machines as assigned by the Lead Quality Inspector or Supervisor at the beginning of each shift. At the discretion of the Shift Supervisor, a Quality Inspector may be assigned to several machines during the course of a shift, or more than one machine at a time. The Inspector may be assigned to run a given machine for the entire length of a production run, whether that run lasts one day, or several days or weeks.
+ Read and understand the product and packaging requirements in the Red Book prior to running each machine. Inspector must initial the Daily Production Sheet prior to running the machine.
+ Understand and execute product quality and packaging requirements as outlined in the Red Book.
