**Machine Operator (Press Brake / Laser)**
**1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week | Paid Training + Apprenticeship**

+ Assist with or learn **machine setups** for press brakes and laser equipment
+ Run equipment including **Cincinnati, Amada lasers, and LVD Strippit turrets**
+ Read and interpret **blueprints** to produce high-quality parts
+ Perform **quality checks** using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
+ Support light **tool changes and setup adjustments** as you grow your skills
**What We’re Looking For**
+ 2–5+ years of manufacturing experience (fabrication, press brake, turret, punch, shear, etc.)
+ Comfortable using **calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools**
