**Job Description**
This position involves operating a metal shear to break down 4' sheets of 24 & 26 gauge steel into 5 strips, producing various colors of flashing for a large client. The ideal candidate should be organized and a self-starter.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a metal shear to process steel sheets into strips.
+ Ensure production of various colors of flashing as required.
+ Maintain organization and efficiency in tasks.
+ Collaborate within a team environment and multitask to accomplish assigned tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Comfort with general labor tasks.
+ Experience with HVAC and sheet metal parts preferred.
+ Ability to use or willingness to learn to use a sit-down forklift (Hyster).
+ Safety awareness when working with sheet metal.
